DARMSTADT, Germany, Sept. 25, 2016–German Olympic team gold medal rider Dorothee Schneider rode Fohlenhof's Rock'N Rose to win the CDI4* Grand Prix Special Sunday and the first victory for the mare that began Big Tour five months ago.
Dorothee and the 12-year-old Hanoverian scored 72.235 per cent that was the highest for the pair in four Grand Prix Special starts.
Italy's Pia Laus-Schneider on Shadow was second on 70.725 per cent while Sanneke Rothenberger on Wolke Sieben, her 2012 European Young RiderChampionship German team gold medal mare, was third on 70.490 per cent.
